Open-Up Services

When you have a Palmetto Coast membership, everything is as it should be when you return to your Charleston area property. For homeowners with multiple properties, organizing open-up services for a secondary home can be complicated, stressful, and difficult to manage, and returning home isn’t the sigh of relief that it should be.

With a Palmetto Coast membership, we’ll reach out to you twice a year with open-up and close-down surveys for your home. Your open-up checklist is customizable and can look however you need it to, but can include HVAC and plumbing checks, outdoor furniture rearrangement, appliance checks, and more. We’re happy to help make your next homecoming a great one.

Close-Down Services

The end of summer can be bittersweet, but with a Palmetto Coast membership, it doesn’t need to be stressful. Our home concierge memberships include close-down services for your secondary home, so you can have peace of mind throughout the year, even if your property is vacant. When your vacation home is not in use, our home concierge team will ensure that it’s properly cared for to ensure that it is safe and secure.

Much like our open-up services, our close-down services include an end-of-summer survey, customizable to the needs of you and your home. Your checklist can include things like shutting off the electricity and water, draining the pipes in the winter, or changing the locks when the property is not in use. From securing your home to helping it function its best when you return, your Palmetto Coast membership guarantees reliable, dependable service.
